ABOUT US
President of FSX, Robert Spencer & Warren Kaplan
At Kaplan Asset Management, Inc. our goal is to be a provider of financial
assistance for small to middle market businesses. We have been successful,
with over fifty years of experience, in dealing with financial markets,
giving guidance and consulting with management, and assisting in the development of business strategies and solutions. We have assisted and consulted many successful companies, such as Natures Bounty (NBTY) and Action Products International (APII), helping them to go public and trade on the NASDAQ stock exchange. Additionally, we have worked as advisors to such businesses as Brake Express/Pine Auto and JVG, Inc., correspondingly increasing their revenue and marketability.
Kaplan Asset Management, has learned from these experiences that sales and marketing are the most critical edge to every company in every industry, and that companies must have strong administrative control and a dedicated management team to make a company successful. Shared ownership and a constant need for expansion and survival capital is a daily struggle. Even employment of excess capital is a challenge.

|
Here is a list of deals that we were heavily involved with. Additionally, we have been involved in many transactions, some intense in nature, that were underwritten but we were not involved in designing the deal. Where we did design capitalization, our strength was in giving value to the investors and a fair share to management. From all of these experiences, we have learned that sales and marketing are the cutting critical edge of all businesses and that you must have a strong administrative control factor.
